About Chicago Chocolate Academy

The Chicago Chocolate Academy is an excellent place for learning chocolate-making and pastry arts, offering well-organized classes and a variety of challenging techniques. The instructors and staff are approachable, accommodating, and constantly interacting with students, providing individual guidance and additional advice. Delicious food is provided during classes. It's a comfortable and exciting environment for learning and increasing one's knowledge of pastries.

I absolutely loved Discovering Chocolate. We learned many techniques of making beautiful and delicious chocolates and the small class size allowed for lots of 1:1 help from the very talented and kind Chef Paul.

What an awesome class! Chef Dimitri was constantly interacting with the class as a group and individually. The whole team was very accommodating and made the experience comfortable, exciting and unforgettable. Can't wait to attend another class

I've taken two chocolatiering courses now at the Chicago Chocolate Academy, and they are worth every penny. The instructors are approachable and guide you step-by-step through a variety of challenging techniques. In addition, many of the other chefs not specifically teaching the course will walk around and provide additional advice. The courses are well organized and the food provided during lunch is delicious. I will be coming back!!
