The Chicago Chocolate Academy is an excellent place for learning chocolate-making and pastry arts, offering well-organized classes and a variety of challenging techniques. The instructors and staff are approachable, accommodating, and constantly interacting with students, providing individual guidance and additional advice. Delicious food is provided during classes. It's a comfortable and exciting environment for learning and increasing one's knowledge of pastries.

Took a master class taught by andrey dubovik. The class was very informative and will benefit my pastry career. The callebaut staff was helpful in answering questions leading up to the class, everything needed for the class was prepped ahead to make the class run smooth.

If you are interested in learning about & making chocolates, you must try a class at the Chocolate Academy! The staff was amazing and the instruction was top notch. The take-home bounty of bonbons was an added bonus.

Went for a panning class! The Chef was very polite and help us with all our questions and understood our different goals that we had for a business or fine dinning restaurant (: the team also was very nice and sit with us on lunch to answer our questions or even small talk. Really great definitely coming back!
