Been going to this business for a few years now, they do awesome work on leather and high heel restoration, and the owner is really friendly. It's a small business with not many employees so you may need to be patient and add an extra day or two to their time estimate.
This week I was picking up some boots and dropping off some heels to get extra holes punched in the straps. The boots weren't ready yet because they had to order some materials for it, but the owner was super apologetic and punched my heel straps right away, free of charge.

Isauro is friendly welcoming and has fixed all my expensive shoes with flawless work , he’s been established in Pilsen for many years and stands alone in his trade to give the best service in the neighborhood , and customers , I will continue to take him all my loved shoes for repair because without him I would be devastated if I ever needed to throw away my favorite comfy shoes
