I've been going to this salon for over five years. All of the technicians are wonderful & very funny. They are always accommodating with peoples' schedules and will always try to fit clients in whenever possible. The chairs and stations are very comfortable...to the extent that I've almost fallen asleep getting a manicure! Definitely the best place in the city for manicures & pedicures!

Very good experience. First, finding it. It is in Water Tower Place. There is a bank of elevators just past the Freshli--to the professional suites on the ninth floor. Follow the signs. The place is tiny. I called for an appointment (312-943-2302) for a mani-pedi. Got in an hour later. My technician was a very friendly Polish woman. No traditional pedi chair so you keep your leg on her lap. Might be a problem for older ladies. I rather liked it. She did an excellent job, especially with scraping calluses. I was very happy with the job she did. It's not fancy but it is friendly. Basic mani-pedi was $68 not counting tip. I've been to much cheaper, but considering location, it was a good experience.

Um, who ever knew that this place existed in the water tower building? It's hidden - right next to Sister's. The place is very basic in decor and it doesn't have fancy spa chairs or anything but I think it's worth making a trip here. Seems like a place where the Ritz residence ladies have been making weekly trips for the last 20 years which speaks for it's quality. When I was there, there were 3 sweet Polish ladies that helped me... they were absolutely hilarious and kept me entertained the entire time I was here. They recommended fun nail colors to try (I'm terrible at picking!) and my nail polish from here has stayed on longer than any place I've ever tried. Manicure $20 or $22 Pedicure $40ish Prices are a bit pricey but I'll treat myself to coming here once in awhile. After all, it's in a convenient location for me. Give it a try.....
