This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!?I did acupuncture yesterday with Ning . She made me feel so much better. It was my first time & I did not hurt nor did I really feel anything. Definitely would recommend eve try one to go to her! Jeannette
Kathryn’s classes are outstanding. She shares a wealth of knowledge and expertise, making each session both engaging and effective. Thanks to Kathryn, I’ve truly fallen in love with Pilates. I have also taken her Myo-Yin and Yin Yoga classes…again, 12/10! The Astute studio itself is peaceful and welcoming, and I always enjoy relaxing with a cup of tea on the patio after class. I wholeheartedly recommend Kathryn’s classes to anyone looking to improve their well-being and enjoy a supportive community.
Went to 6pm class. There was a group of people outside and they never let the class in. Did not pick up phone or reschedule
Update: they fixed it/ made up for it, seems like it usually doesn’t happen
