Let me clarify, I had my first appointment with April and after having really bad experiences and losing my last psychiatrist due to non competitive clauses April was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been seeing Dr. April Guilliams for about 3 years now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. She always takes the time to really listen and makes me feel heard and understood. Her empathy and thoughtful approach have made a huge difference for me. I also appreciate how well she communicates and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I feel supported and cared for every time I meet with her. I’m very grateful to have her as my psychiatrist and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective mental health care.

She is very helpfull and noligable she asked question to get to the root cause of my asked about my medical back ground to get a feel for what I need and recommended the best course of treatment she listened and I didn't feel rushed
