Love this place and so glad to have been going for five years now. Just a great feel: good vibes, knowledgeable people, a sense of community. It's the perfect mix of relaxed and serious: Shaka and Cliff et al bring an easy-going, playful attitude but they help push you to get stronger, learn new exercises, perfect your form, etc. I don't love working out but coming here makes me look forward to it-- at least most of the time!
I only did my annual summer prep here January-June, but man the staff is amazing. Of course I thought it would be like every other group of trainers who were good promising abs of steel but Anthos actually made it happen and provided a premium experience with by far the most knowledgeable people I've dealt with. They helped me get to the point where I can rock out on the beach without feeling like a damn whale. My clothes fit different now, they care about what I eat and even though I moved to another part of the city but they always allow me to reach out with questions and provide guidance. I can't support enough.
My experience with Anthos has been amazing! I am someone who has always been active but have not been able to stick with strength training due to concerns of injury and low confidence in the gym. The entire team at Anthos are true professionals in the industry and have gone above and beyond expectations to address those concerns, now my confidence is through the roof! The custom program they designed for me has given me impressive results that I can feel and see! It has also given me a boost in my performance when running or cycling that has taken me to the next level with my cardio training.
