We had a wonderful experience bringing our pup to the BLVD River North location! We recently decided to change vets and have been to other vets in the area and this experience felt like night and day.
We brought our Mini Doxie in for his first appointment with Dr. Courville and we couldn't have left feeling any better than we did. Both Dr. Courville and the vet tech, Jorge, did a great job answering questions we had and walking us through their recommended treatment for some GI issues. We transitioned our dog Charlie to BLVD River North about a year ago. The staff there was always friendly and took care of him, but what really blew me away was recently when Charlie became sick and had thrown up several times one morning. BLVD had an urgent appt slot available with Dr. Spano. Dr. Spano and his team, specifically the vet tech Daisy, were really great with Charlie, and gave us several options for treatment and were upfront about pricing, detailing what they felt he absolutely needed and what we could decide on based on our comfort level. We have two young huskies and BLVD has been phenomenal with them. Our dogs have never cried or whined once at the vet, and I think it’s because of how great their team is. Everyone is so patient and kind with our dogs. I also really appreciate how communicative and responsive they are. I know I can always get a quick question answered or be able to book a short-notice appointment
