I am writing to express my profound disappointment and distress regarding the handling of my mother’s cremation services. What should have been a respectful and compassionate process during a time of grief was instead marked by negligence, miscommunication, and a complete lack of empathy.
From the very beginning, each step of this experience was mishandled:

THIS PLACE LEFT ME WITH A EXPERIENCE & MEMORY I WILL NEVER FORGET........ I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A LACK OF COMPASSION & COMMUNICATION TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & .UNORGANIZED SERVICE BUMPING TOGETHER PPL LOVE ONES WAS LACKING DIGNITY. CASKETS ALL IN HALLWAY. FROM NOT HAVING ENOUGH SPACE RUDE ARROGANT STAFF MEMBERS. NO TRANSPARENCY. THE PREPARATION OF MY LOVE ONE HE LOOK SO PEACEFUL. A FEW ISSUES BUT THE MORTICIAN RESOLVED THE PROBLEM .THIS YOUNG MAN DID A GREAT JOB! AIN'T NOBODY PERFECT BUT WE HAVE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY & DO BETTER .. REST IN PEACE BIG BRO MY HERO ??? P.S EVERY KNEE HAS TO BOW & EVERY TONGUE HAS TO CONFESS

The corpses look bad. You can't recognize them. I don't know if it's to much embalming fluid or what but it is bad. I hope they have a new embalmer and one who can make a corpse look like a person. Worst thing I have ever seen.
