I am a Realtor and contacted Anderson Pest Solutions on behalf of my buyer clients on Monday August 17th to set up a termite inspection during a home inspection period for their home purchase. I explained my need for this inspection to take place during the open inspection period. We scheduled an appointment for 8/22 between 9 am and 10:30 am. The termite inspector texted my buyer clients at 7:30 am the morning of the inspection (again, he was supposed to arrive between 9-10:30am) and said he could not make it. Will like to give a Hugh shout out to Trevon one of your employees at your establishment. I am the GM at Sweetgreen in Hyde Park and I must say every time Trevon comes to our location he’s like family to us. He make sure to ask if we are okay does an amazing job with the service that the company provides and if I must say he does his job extremely well. From checking all drains, corners and trash cans. With his walk throughs I know can not a pest beat his work ?, he’s the man for this job. Was once a great company I worked with and recommended for over a decade. Now it's just a scam Company that was sold off and is now owned and operated by Rentokil. Avoid at all costs. Find a local company and thank me later.
