Emmy did a fantastic job with my hair! I was so nervous to switch stylists since I’m a platinum blonde and have been going to the same person previously for 10 years, but Emmy made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She talked me through everything and made me feel very confident in her skills. Loved her! The space also provides such a nice ambiance, and all of the staff I interacted with throughout scheduling were so helpful and kind ❤️

Haircut of my dreams!! Hanna is incredible. She is an absolute professional and I would trust her to cut my hair blindfolded- she has the magic touch! The salon is beautiful and the whole team is so welcoming and sweet. My wash, cut, and style was quick and easy in one hour, and we all chatted the whole time. Highly recommend!!

821 West is the only salon. It’s high-end but welcoming, full of talented artists, and I feel so confident and refreshed every time I leave. Nicole and Ally are incredible and Hanna is a color genius. I first found her about 10 years ago at a different salon and am so happy she’s opened her own place (although I’d follow her anywhere).
In over 20 years I’d seen dozens of other stylists in half a dozen major cities, countless suburbs, 3 states, even another country, and not one of them ever got my hair color right on the first, second, or sometimes even third try.
