I was connected to Always Heating and Cooling through American Home Shield. I have an older AC unit that has had to have refrigerant added a few times which is not cheap. I had put it off this year, as it's been relatively mild. But then the forecast had temps near 100 degrees. Once assigned to Always, I contacted the company and Jay answered. He said he would call back later in the day, and he did. He was able to fit me in an hour later, which was awesome. It did cost a pretty penny because AHS only covers $10 per pound, and I had a brokens switch they also don't cover. Jay took pictures (my unit is on the roof) and then showed me the switch issue when he replaced it....read full review

Jay is a outstanding small business owner that truly cares about his customers. He was concerned about our needs not what was convenient for him.When our ac went out during a summer heat wave we had a few quotes our system had a small leak and was down a few pounds of Freon not putting out any cold air. We have a sickly child that can’t be with out it. Other vendors couldn’t get us in any time soon nor would they even try to do anything with our old unit without charging us for leak detector $150 and 3 lbs of Freon at $150 a pound. So $600 to get us working temporarily until they could fit me into there schedule weeks out.Jay came out the same evening after hours...read full review

Always HVAC was timely and extremely efficient and effective in troubleshooting a few of my AC issues in which one turned out to be plumbing issue. Always hearing & cooling earned my trust with their great professionalism and willingness to explain everything clearly as well as offer multiple solutions depending on my refs and short term vs long term plans. Highly recommend this company.
