Jessica is fantastic and I'm so glad I had her to help in my postpartum recovery. Things I loved: she comes to your house (which, with a newborn is super helpful), she takes the time to explain what is happening to your muscle groups and why so you can make the right choices for your body, she is creative and flexible in recommending different exercises so introducing movement back into your life isn't intimidating. 5 stars - definitely recommend.

We have been working with Dan for over a year now. He is great connecting with our daughter and motivating her, since she was 5mo old, to do the exercises she needs. He also educate us on how to do them so we can work with her at home. We 100% recommend him.

Jessica Kerr, DPT is wonderful! Not only did Jessica help me to regain my physical strength and function postpartum, but my confidence as well. Home visits made physical therapy possible with a newborn. I highly recommend Jessica for postpartum care!
