They did an awesome job! They were able to get me in within one day due to unforeseen loss!! They gave me immaculate service collaborating together to give me a wonderful experience! My hair was very damage and needed some tlc and I felt 100% better leaving da salon!! I would like to personally thank the staff !! Today I took my son to Misunderstood for starter locs by Ofei. The salon is very warm and inviting, very positive energy and the other stylists were very nice and professional. My son's hair was a mess and Ofei took the time to explain what he was going to do with his hair and assured us my son was in good hands and he answered ALL of my questions. He did an awesome job, I couldn't believe that was the same hair! Ofei will be my son's stylist until he decides he no longer wants locs. Anyone looking for a salon for locs this is the place. I would give 10 if I could.

I love my cousins shop, it is very relaxing whenever I go there to get my locs done! I wouldn't go any where else. If you need your locs done and in done in a peaceful environment, go to Misunderstood Natural Hair Salon! Let's go!
