I'm so grateful for the care I've received at Aligned Modern Health! I see Dr. O’Neil for chronic migraine care, and she has been incredible. Her acupuncture treatments are so thoughtful and tailored, and I always leave feeling real relief from my migraine pain after each session. She takes the time to really understand what’s going on and adjusts each visit accordingly. Nassiya has also been amazing and supportive—I can't say enough good things about the team.

Dr. Painchaud is amazing! She is personal, efficient and most importantly effective. She explained her treatment thoroughly, and expressed empathy the discomfort I was feeling. She is not an ordinary chiropractor. She is evidence based in her practice and does implement traditional “joint cracking” care. She does a lot of manual deep tissue work, and prescribes exercises just like a physical therapist would.

I’ve been coming to this branch of Aligned for close to two years working on various issues. The staff here is professional and really good at what they do. I have PT, chiro, massage therapy, and acupuncture. All have helped me greatly with my daily activities, including my posture when using the computer at work. Would totally recommend!
