I came in with persistent shoulder pain that had been bothering me for weeks, and Dr. Painchaud was able to pinpoint the issue right away. she explained everything that was going with it and tailored the treatment to exactly what I needed. After a few visits, my shoulder felt much better and I was able to play golf comfortably again.

If I could give 6 stars to Dr. Caitlin Painchaud and Ryan her rehab specialist I would. Along with their professionalism and all around great vibes it’s comforting to know that my back and rotational issues are well within their wheelhouse. What separates them is their persistence in techniques to strengthen your body, but also their patience to explain and help you understand what your body needs and why. I understand that it is extremely rare for a body part to bounce back over night so I take great comfort in knowing that with each visit I get stronger because of them. Thank you.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Caitlin Painchaud. After a motor vehicle accident in October, I was dealing with a lot of pain and tightness in my back and neck. Dr. Painchaud took the time to listen to my concerns and performed a thorough evaluation before starting the treatment.
She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable during each session. The adjustments were incredibly effective, and I noticed relief after just a few visits.
