I’ve been visiting Adele religiously every month for the last eight months. She has alleviated my muscle tension, liquid retention and anxiety in an incredible way. She is an excellent massage therapist that asks about specific concerns ahead of each session and tailors the session to individual needs. I always look forward to our sessions together and feel brand new afterwards. If you’re looking for a top of the line massage, look no further (and this is coming from someone who used to go to massage envy every month). The cherry on top is that she is just the loveliest person!
