I had Pete paint a few rooms 2 years ago and I just called him back to do a couple more. He and his team did a few side projects for me also and he is always willing to answer my questions.
Pete and his team have done a number of projects for me including preparation for a condo listing, adding a new wall/door inside my house, and work on the exterior of the home where no one else said they could do it.
He's prompt, meticulously detailed, and honest with his pricing. He's quickly turned into my go to for any handyman work. Highly recommend.
Wish we knew Pete Simon years ago. We have a few rental properties in Lincoln Park over a few decades. Our realtor for a new purchase highly recommended Pete (Accurate Painting) for the 2 bdm / 2 bath unit. EXCELLENT results and fair pricing. I appreciated his professionalism and deep knowledge of colors and sheens. After explaining his recommendations, Pete always gave me the opportunity to go in a different direction.
In the walk through Pete was exacting and pointed out moderate work (e.g. replace floor guide for a sliding closet door, etc.) that would complement the fresh painting. The finished job exceeded past work.
