Do not use Accurate Home Care. The caretakers assigned to my elderly mother were consistently unprofessional. Some were rough with her, others were rude, and basic hygiene standards were not met. This was despite the company's claims of experienced, qualified staff.
We switched to another provider and the difference was night and day. If you are looking for trustworthy, compassionate care for a loved one, look elsewhere.

I was looking for Palative care for my Mom searching on internet and found in Wheeling “ LifeChoice Hospice and Palliative Care” agency. We had appointment with Dr. Kaplan who is actually very good and knowledgeable Doctor how ever his office did not prepared him for oppoitment at all and then without my consent suddenly and surprisingly the agency “Accurate Care” took over and started Home Survices for my Mom. Horrible agency! First of all, they started service without even introducing themselves and letting me know who they are. Horrible owner. Lied about the caregiver's credentials. Also makes the client prepay for services! I had to pay for services not yet provided. He also refused to allow my caregiver to work additional hours if I an appointment that ran past my four hour allotment, even though i was paying for yhe extra time..
