Been with Access for years! Here you’re in good hands! This Booker location is always nice and clean. Dr. Rafat is the most professional caring doctor ever! She definitely makes you feel your health is her number 1 priority .. Katayah is very kind, professional and caring as well. These two make up the perfect team :)
Great service overall from the staff. My children and I have been going to bookers for over 15 years and we have always had great service. Peggy and Kt work well with the children and adults. Dorian and Maddie answers calls and questions very thoroughly and politely. That's just to name a few, like I said the entire staff is an absolute delight.
I’ve been going to this clinic since high school, I’m now In my thirties! They get you in and out with such friendly and personable customer service. I love that the staff hasn’t changed much, they seem like a huge family. KT and Peggy were so welcoming on my last visit, definitely will continue to go to this location.
