About Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center
Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center is a highly regarded outpatient addiction treatment center located in an interestingly decorated building in Chicagoland. It offers free, harm-reduction, behavioral Substance-Use Disorder (SUD) groups, including traditional mutual-support groups like AA, SMART Recovery, Women and Men for Sobriety, as well as specialized therapies such as Street Yoga, Logotherapy, Art, Music, Improv, and Mindfulness Relapse Prevention. The center approaches SUD as a response to trauma, often early childhood trauma, and provides a wide range of about 25 groups weekly. Support services include housing and employment assistance. When I first came to Above And Beyond I thought I was just going to go just to satisfy my court orders. After the first day I was amazed at all my groups were designed for every problem i had . And boi did they address them. I really found out that drugs was just an experience and a very bad decision. I love Above And Beyond. That is a very special place i think any body that's struggling with all most anything, should go there i promise you will get a handle on your situation. Thank God for Above And Beyond and all staff.

I was at my lowest of my lows, and they helped me to where I needed to be, and then after that, the that aftercare was amazing and their alumni program to continue my journey is super helpful.
Above and beyond is exactly what it says above and beyond I never imagined that it would be so meaningful to me I have never had such a glorifying experience since the transitioning of my son I am so grateful for above and beyond I am proud to be an alumni and I know above and beyond being there for me I never have to worry about using anything to make me feel different and I know that if there comes a time when I'm not okay they'll be there for me thank you above and beyond for assisting me with making my life if anyone reads this give yourself a chance give your chance a chance at above and beyond
