As someone who works with a lot of homeowners and properties throughout Chicago, I’ve interacted with many contractors over the years, and Andy from AB Heating & Cooling truly stands out.
He’s responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He communicates clearly, arrives when he says he will, and focuses on providing real solutions instead of quick fixes.
You can tell he genuinely cares about building long-term relationships and earning people’s trust. Quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service are becoming rare these days, and Andy delivers all three.

Andy and his team saved the day! Two days before I hosted a friend's birthday my HVAC system started malfunctioning (of course). The AB Heating & Cooling team came quickly to the rescue to assess and repair the issue.
Andy was very patient with me while I explained the issue and was very thorough in his diagnosis and repair. The party went off without a hitch AND we weren't sitting in a house with no AC thanks to these guys!
Definitely recommend to anyone who needs expert assistance and doesn't want to break the bank.
Andy did an excellent job. We had been without air conditioning for over a week and had already gone through multiple individuals who could not resolve the issue. Andy quickly diagnosed the issue and got our system up and running. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We truly appreciated his expertise and would absolutely call him again in the future. Highly recommend.
