ATOLC provided wonderful care for my cherished severely disabled son for about 3 1/2 months. The vast majority of the caregivers were amiable, compassionate, well-trained, timely, honest and self-motivated in performing their duties and were able to offer additional support to family members regarding care efficiency and safety. A resource handbook provided by ATOLC was also very helpful. The supervisor and office rapidly and professionally responded to any concerns. I recommend carefully monitoring the time sheets and assuring charges align with the hours worked. Overall, I strongly recommend this caregiving service.
