They worked with us on a weird combination of self-employment/credit complications and never made us feel like our goal of being first time homeowners was out of reach. Late on a Sunday night, Savannah got us a customized, solid pre-approval letter for our dream condo, and we got it. :)
Underwriting was a breeze with Cheryl, she is SO sweet and took every effort to make obtaining documentation from us as painless as possible. We got the clear to close almost two weeks before we needed it, and we were under contract for only 30-ish days!
My wife and I are forever grateful for the service and support from Maria Kennedy and her team at A & N Mortgage Services Inc. A mortgage application can be overwhelming to say the least but they made it painless and seamless. They did so with timely and caring communication across multiple agencies and efficient processing of the many documents we needed to submit. If we are ever in need of a friendly and highly competent mortgage service company again we would not hesitate to seek out Maria and her team.

I had an amazing experience working with A&N Mortgage. My mortgage consultant, Tom McCartney, was absolutely instrumental in getting my loan closed on time. I have non-traditional income, which can make the process stressful, but Tom’s calm demeanor and steady guidance kept me sane throughout the entire journey. He explained everything clearly, stayed responsive, and truly went above and beyond.
Nina was also fantastic—she worked behind the scenes to bring all the moving parts together and made sure every document and detail was handled perfectly.
