Edit on 8/3/2025: after posting this owner Mike did personally reach out to me regarding my concerns. They did offer for me to return and get it fixed at half cost. I did wait until I was ready for a new pedicure as I ended up fixing my concerns(cut cuticles and filed heels) at home. I was asked to remove this review. I was able to come back and get an experience like before. I appreciate the concern and willingness to fix the issue.
I have been coming here for awhile and really like them! I did get a new person today (Oyun) and had a mixed experience, the post pedi massage was great, but they did not file my heel or cut my cuticles very well at all. Disappointing...read full review
