I called around 9:00 a.m. with a burst water pipe. I was told they would show up around noon or 1:00. I called at 1:00 when no one had arrived, and was told someone would be there within an hour or two. At 6:00, no one had ever shown up or called. I left a message with their "emergency" service representative, and was told she would contact them to get back to me. No one EVER showed up or even had the courtesy to call me back to let me know they weren't coming. I waited around all day (with no water/working toilets) for these people, who TOLD me they were coming, and never did. They completely blew me off for the 1st appt for an estimate, even after I called early in the day to confirm. Since I had to rearrange my schedule and a neighbors schedule, I explicitly requested a simple phone call if they were going to be late. 30 min after their missed appt time, I had to go through their calling service twice(yet still during business hours) - just to get someone to call me back. And when someone did call me back it was a "quality control manager" who had absolutely no idea how to help. Too bad, since the repair is probably $6-10K. No manager ever bothered to call back to see if they could re-sched, and save a new customer. Seems like they... read full review
