Nick is a knowledgeable plumber! Took the time to explain to me what was going on with my toilet. I had to get another toilet. Fixed my new faucet for the sink. I got a new valve. Nick came and fixed everything the same day I called him. I appreciate his quickness of fixing my bathroom. It was hard to turn my water off the night before when my tank started leaking water! Nick is very quick and Efficient worker! I will be calling him again to fix something else in the house
I would just like to say that we had Jim service our hot water heater and what a great guy. He explained everything to us and even called the manufacturer for us. And then he comes back to install the recalled parts. Jim is definitely an asset to your company and we will use him again. Thanks Jim

Frank & Frank is the only place my husband will go for a haircut. He has a colic and only here do they know how to cut without causing it to stand up. Lol. They are very reasonable and I wish we could duplicate either Frank because we live in IN now and for 4yrs my husband drives their for his haircuts. Oh, and it's about an hour one way. Lol. I am so excited to have met, Chris over the phone, Rick, and Kyle, in person. I called and they were here the next day and took care of both of our buildings. Rick even showed our tenants how to use their fire extinguisher. They were so friendly and reasonably priced. We are forever clients.

I've decided to visit Pandora jewelry store. Because I want to buy something for my wife on our anniversary. I walked through, they greeted me immediately. One lady assists me. They asked me what exactly I'm looking for, and I told her I want necklace for my wife. They gave me different style of necklace. She helped me figured it out what exactly style is. everything went smoothly customer service was really good. And she was very polite and knowledgeable to the product. And I have decided to make my purchase from that store. The service I received was excellent. it was no pressure to buy anything at Pandora because staff are very helpful. And my wife was very happy for the necklace I bought. It's simple yet elegant.

We called up Joe and he gave us a reasonable quote. He and his workers were able to get out there quickly and take care of the asbestos tile and left the space immaculate. Highly rated.

Phil was great. Can you return my call right away and was out to cut down and removed the tree the following week. He did fantastic work on the cleanup as well. You would never know a tree came down in that yard. He also took care part of another tree for a very reasonable price. Really nice guy. I highly recommend JM tree services.
My dog Layla had a stoke in August 2023 and was pretty much a vegetable. dead body weight. I took her to an ER Clinic in the West/South Loop. After several test, they wanted to put her down. I declined. I decided to visit her regular Vet with Dr. Jay. He did some magic, with special medication, physical therapy, and lots of LOVE. After several months, Layla is back on her feet again, 80% functional. AMAZING. I'm soooo glad I didn't put her down. Thank you Dr. Jay and your staff for all of your Love and support.

Specialties: I picked out the design I wanted off Pinterest, Phil definitely outdid the original design.
Cleanliness: They have standards when it comes to cleanliness. You must wash your hands before even touching any products or picking up samplers. This establishment is very well maintained and clean inside as well.
Stylist: For my pedicure, I had Darren and was so patient as this was my first ever pedicure. He took great care of me. For my gel fill in, and design I had Phil, I have had him a few times before and he never disappoints.
MX Nails always does a fabulous job with my nails. Never disappoints. John's designs are unique and always done to perfection. Plus my Husband always loves getting his full service pedicure while I get my nails done. We have been going for two years now.
These guys knock it out of the park every time. I come in with some strange ideas and inspirations. They are always accommodating and helpful. So sweet and wonderful at what they do.
