Would NOT recommend this place as a grieving mother of her infant. They took 2 months to gather my baby back home with me while trying to call multiple times to get him home. When she did end up sending him home she said my address was “too long” to write on the box so she had him sent to my family home 2 hours away from me because it was an easier address to write on the box. Then when I drove home to pick him up I found out my name was spelled wrong on his legal documents and so was his name different on two different papers. They didn’t even double check to make sure everything was right. It was a big punch in the gut after going through something very traumatic as losing my baby. I cried every time they called because something was delayed or they forgot to answer my questions I asked a weeks ago. Overall I just never want another mother to go through what I went through. Please find some place with compassion

Please please do not use this funeral home for your baby. As another review stated, the owner lied to me and told me she had picked up my baby from the hospital when she had not. My baby sat in the morgue for over a week when I thought she was with the funeral home despite having paid for services. She was very difficult to get ahold of. She got confused about which hospital I had delivered at despite having submitted the appropriate paperwork. After having the hospital call me to inform me my baby was still in the morgue, I found another business (hart crematorium) who immediately picked up my baby within an few hours and was very communicative and kind. They also didn't immediately ask for payment as Robert Park required although I offered to immediately provide payment. I am heartbroken and just don't understand how someone could lie to a grieving mother and have such poor business practices. I understand that she doesn't make money from caring for babies but if you don't want to provide the service, please don't offer it. I do not think the owner was attempting to be malicious but I don't want this to ever happen to another mother

Losing a loved one is always difficult, however an unexpected loss can cause one to feel somewhat disconnected from reality! During our loss & pain,we were very pleased with the care and compassion received from the Roby Park Manor staff. They made our process go smoothly. They asked questions about our loved one that helped them personalize the arrangements in a manner so unique, providing beautiful memories of our final "goodbye".We highly recommend their service.

I lost my aunt in 2020 and because of Covid19, we were unable to attend the service. We were told by family that it would be videotaped for family out of town to watch. The camera was placed far back in the church and we were not able to see our loved one at all or family. My uncle, her husband recently passed and yet again, we were unable to see anything except the person standing in front of a microphone on opposite side of the church away from our loved one. I am heartbroken over our families’ loss, however , very angry that these awful videos provide no closure for our family. Instead of just planting the camera in one place, someone should look through it to see if anyone watching can see their loved one clearly and if not , move it so that family can see and obtain some form of closure. I pray that this service was not charged to our family.

Absolutely great, wonderful. Clean, adaptive; the staff was very attentive. The Robeys are Personable and reasonable, up close, approachable. We are very pleased with the assistance they provided us as we endured the loss of our loved one. Exceptionally great customer service was delivered from the Robeys. We will definitely recommend their services and utilize them for future services.

This place is thee worst funeral home I’m the world. They are scammers and would try and get over on you. Very unprofessional and are liars I would never utilize there business again. They don’t deserve to be open. Don’t even want to give them a one star.
