I had the pleasure being serviced by this company due to my oven being out! I’m giving them 5 stars PLUS more! They communicated with my about dates and times that was accommodating to my schedule! When he came out he showed me the issue and got to work… even when a part was missing, he communicated with me and came out the very next day! He was very professional and I would definitely recommend them for other services

Wow wow wow - they came thru the saw they knocked it in the jaw - fixed my dryer to the utmost - GLORIOUS as expected. I had a feeling that the reviews were full of stuff but I appreciate the perfect timing after holidays washing goes down in the bsmt. Hallelujah for them cause they small businesse don't hate appreciated be humble when you talking to grown people ?

Dryer wouldn't spin. I called and got an appointment the same day. Matt informed me that I needed a new motor. He ordered the part and came back a few days later to put it in and noticed the belt was also broken. He ordered that part and replaced both. Total time was about two weeks. I felt that he was very professional. Every time i contacted him, he responded.

Mack did a very good job of showing up during the time window he communicated with me. He was able to complete the job quickly. Unfortunately I did not completely believed the low review ratings. Regardless, I decided to contact Grace Appliances Repair Service of Chicago Heights, IL. Technician Mack told me that I needed a part and he can order it for me. The part cost $175 and he advised me to pay using the Zelle App. After weeks of no answer I contacted Mack to find out status of the ordered part. He was very equivocal, often acerbic and very unprofessional. At this point in time I knew this was a scam. Please stay away from this business who take advantage of people during time of need and for future reference NEVER use the Zelle App or any other digital wallet for any services or products. You will thank me.Services: Dishwasher repair

After many attempts of waiting on best buys 3rd party company to stack and hookup my dryer, I called Grace Appliance. They were professional, he came out, he let me know exactly what I needed and he stacked and hooked up my dryer. I will definitely call them again.Service: Household appliance installation

Called a tech out to service my washing machine. It took no time for Mack to assess the issue, order the part and have my machine fixed. The cost was reasonable and he was very professional. If you need any appliances fixed give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
