The nurses are helpful and provide outstanding care.

They are refusing to give my medical records I have called and called , I moved out of state.

A medical center has asked them and they are refusing I need one paper, no one is taking responsibility they are trying to blame the one location vice versa.

I will make one more attempt then seek legal help if they want to keep jagging around

This is a very clean and well run office. The staff are polite and helpful. Shout out to provider Logan Jones thank you for being a total understanding PA. And another shout out to Shenetta the assistant. Glad I found them.

Why would you deny a father—who had valid court documentation—access to his son’s appointment when he was not causing any disturbance? As a nurse, I find that extremely concerning and difficult to understand. Situations like this can have serious legal implications, and it would not be surprising if the father chose to pursue action.

This reflects poorly on professional judgment and patient advocacy. Documentation and video evidence, whether from building cameras or body cameras, provide an objective account of events. Laura Tucco, RN, this situation warrants accountability and careful review.

I was impressed with how efficient the clinic operates staff is helpful and always makes us feel heard. We did not have a long waiting time to be seen. Very clean .

I met with a wonderful lady named Karen. She is the benefits specialist and she was nothing but helpful. I was struggling for the longest trying to get my daughter health insurance and she was there every step of the way helping me make phone calls and email people. Thanks to her my baby now has health insurance.
