We had used their services at our previous house in Roscoe about 8 years ago and were very happy with their work, so we did not hesitate to utilize their services again. This was our first time using Lawncare By Walter. The area around the foundation of the house needed to be regraded and resloped away from the house. Ryan did a good job of listening to what we needed and gave us a fast estimate. They had to move a lot of rock to be able to put the new dirt down. Once finished, they replaced the same rock over the new dirt and landscaping fabric. They added 8 inches of dirt to the areas around the foundation and it slopes away from the house. They were very careful around the areas around the house and saved all of the plants that were in the flower beds. Afterward, they cleaned up the area.
