Dan came out to give an estimate on a leak I had in my garage. He gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable. I knew my roof was very old so I asked how much for a new roof. That was also very reasonable, so I got on the schedule.
Thank goodness they came along. I had a couple of sheets of plywood that were completely rotted as well as a couple of trusses over my covered porch. The overage on those items was, again, very reasonable.
