Omg, I'm sooo thankful for this guy. Seriously. He called back yesterday mid day, I told him about my unit (fan), he came, went to the backyard looked at the unit, turned around got the part, came on and said it's fixed. I was stunned. Took 20 min all in all. I wanted to cry, I'm a diabetic, heat is very bad for me. I was ill last night, finally got better with fan and overhead fan. Thank you Bill! You are truly a master of your trade.

Excellent service, responded quickly during a crisis and had the issue fixed in less than 10 minutes after arriving. Fair prices, but cash or check only as of right now, so be aware of that when you call them! :)

I called Poteete, they answered, were very kind and professional, came out to my house right away, did the job well, left it clean, and I was a very happy person. I'm not used to being treated the right way by a contractor business. Stop here and contact these people. Don't hesitate to call them for a minute.
