“The repairman (Odin) was so kind and knowledgeable. We were out of state and he felt comfortable looking for the leak when we were gone. He locked the house when he was finished. He ordered the part which was under warranty and came back to install it just before the heat and humidity hit at the end of June. So thankful for this business and the employees.“

He called back yesterday mid day, I told him about my unit (fan), he came, went to the backyard looked at the unit, turned around got the part, came on and said it's fixed. I was stunned.
