I was able to get an appointment in February, as I knew our taxes would be a bit complicated. I was heading out of town, and hustled like hell to get what I needed for the appointment the next day.

At the meeting, they said they'd get back to me in two weeks. Well, two weeks passed, then three, then four. I finally heard that they;d get back to me the following Monday, but they didn't until I reached out again. Now, tax day was close and I was out of time. I got back a terrible tax season, and there was no time to go through it - and frankly they expressed no willingness to check it out and talk me through any possible solutions. It was an awful experience.

Working with Seth was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. When we spoke, he seemed reasonable and would estimate roughly when he could get back to us with answers to our questions and/or our tax preparation. I would call a week after his estimate, and (if I could actually manage to talk to him) he'd act impatient and gruff with me. He never answers email or returns phone calls. The only way I've found to get in contact with him is to schedule a phone or in person meeting.
