We used Loni for several years with no issues -- that's the only reason for the second star and even that I add hesitantly given how poorly it went this year. The communication was never outstanding but this year we submitted our materials in early March, April 15 blew by with no word, we called later in April and several times in May. We just kept hearing that they'd let Loni know we'd called. Finally in June I submitted a terse message in the their online form. Curt Giles is a prompt and efficient accountant and he looks very close and catches everything, whether intentional or unintentional. He also gets right down to business, which is perfect with us. He is also a very pleasant person.
