The motto "all service no pressure of sales" is pure truth. The owner helped us out for a half an hour before he figured out it was a faulty piece in the charging cable of the laptop. He sent us on our way to buy a new cable on our own and didn't charge us a penny. And, he even gave us some missing screws for free, and declined when I offered to pay him for his time. Seriously, what an awesome place. I would go there again any number of times.
These guys know what they are doing. I am actually surprised they were able to fix my PC. I usually resolve the issues myself when I have tech problems, but this time around was too much of a challenge for me. I like the fact that KJ didn't give up on my order, he spent multiple days trying to figure out what the issues were. He made sure I was satisfied with the results before returning the PC to me.
