The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They tried to repair my phone; but it was unrepairable. They filed a replacement claim to the Google promptly. Overall in my experience, their service was good.

Dropped my phone in a swimming pool — wouldn't charge or connect to computer. They were able to replace the battery and charging port, letting me used my phone again.Also offered to replace screen, which was water damaged but still functional. Didn't pressure me when I said no. Only did necessary repairs without complaining. Fast service, too.

Replaced malfunctioning screen on son's iPhone (non-Apple replacement part). The personnel were very friendly. I feel the price was fair, ~$130 including tax. The phone was ready for pickup in less than an hour and is working well.
