Water was pouring through the ceiling fan in our ground floor restroom, and we were clueless as to its origin. Jonah made a visit to our home in Champaign and in no time at all, he pinpointed the leak in the hot water pipeline leading to our upper level. We're still amazed at how quickly he identified the issue. This was our second encounter with Jonah in charge and his professionalism, knowledge, precision, and speed never cease to impress! It was such a relief to work with a professional like Samuel, who took into account the whole situation and offered the most economical solutions. Unlike most firms that try to pitch the most expensive services for their profit, this plumbing company is ready to suggest alternatives that aren't the priciest on their bill.
