Faith and Scotland were friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. My carpets look fantastic and smell great! They cleaned up any water or foot prints on their way out the door! I would highly recommend them and Stanley Steamer.
I had my couch cleaned a week ago to do pet smells but the first guy wasn't professional and didn't get the odors out. Reached out to Stanley Steamer and they responded right away and scheduled to do a courtesy. Came today and the two guys that came were very professional and apologized for the first guy and explained things to me that the other guy did not tell me which I greatly appreciated! They just had to apply a final spray of deodorizer and they were very generous in making sure everything was covered. They said it should get rid of any smells so here is hoping! All in all very great service!
There was a dispute over some of the work that was done. Chris from the company came & inspected. Wonderful person who did a great job of being a customer advocate. A successful agreeable resolution was reached & Chris was key to this.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
