Tim arrived earlier than scheduled to blast out our sewer. Very competent, nice guy. Work was very satisfactory. Another person can back on the 26th to check the sewer with a camera. Dave, the person in charge of the excavation and repair of the sewer was extremely competent and organized. The two gentlemen working with him also competently did their jobs. The communication from whomever was the project manager was not so great. The plumber, employed by Roto-Rooter was sent to DANVILLE, instead of Bloomington. Things were greatly delayed. The inspect from the City of Bloomington took Friday afternoon off, therefore, photos were sent to the city. Finally... read full review
