Our sump pumps failed while we were away for the weekend. Roto-Rooter answered our call in the middle of the night, and under the circumstances of heavy rains impacting many in the area, got a technician to the house in a reasonable amount of time. They have communicated well throughout our situation, have friendly, experienced, and patient staff(our first and hopefully last flooding incident), and helped ease some of the stress and concerns we were experiencing. They have great staff to work with, and we would strongly recommend them!
Skyler, a nice roto-rooter guy, started to fix our second floor toilette that had a leak. He explained the problem well, in simple and short words. He took the floor out and cut the ceiling below the toilette. He used a heat blower to dry out the wetness, he will be back later to complete the job. I am happy about the work he has done so far.
Roto-Rooter tech did great job to unclog my kitchen sink! I call this morning, they came in and fixed the issue in the afternoon. Very efficient and professional with reasonable price. I really appreciate and recommend!
