We have been working with Reifsteck, Reid & Co for the last 3 years on the renovation of Alpha Delta Pi in Urbana. Their knowledge of the local community/state regulations/construction partners has been instrumental in bringing our project in on time and budget. UIUC graduates and alumnae of the Greek community, they have a valued interest in the success of both the UIUC community and Greek life. Their design team was innovative but worked within our budget constraints to bring about a vibrant chapter house for today's collegiate women.
