I moved to Urbana 8 months ago. I’ve tried several chain salons and barbershops and didn’t feel impressed. I saw PizZazz during a web search and figured I would give it a try. I knew Madlayn was going to be my go to person for haircuts from now on as I walked in the door. She greeted me with a cheerful voice and big, beautiful smile. I watched her finish up the guy she was working on and enjoyed the friendly conversation. When it was my turn, I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she did just what I asked for. The time went so fast as we chatted and she clipped away. Madlayn is an amazing person. I look forward to seeing her for my next haircut.

Madlayn is currently running the place like a champ! It was my first time there, and I super enjoyed her friendly attitude. Shes a great conversationalist!
