I would love to say thank you to Alex we did a telephone conversation then we did a walk in and he was so kind and bubbly and understanding and respectful and took acknowledgment of our concerns and why we needed the loan and he did what he needed to do to see if we qualify for the loan he also helped me to call Experian to get through to them to unfreeze my account so we could do the credit check and I appreciate that for him he was an amazing rep and I recommend this place thank you Alexander.
Love the ladies at the Champaign office. They are so easy to work with. Explain everything in detail. They treat you like a friend. Not just a customer. And they have great communication.
