My kid really wanted to try TKD and we visited for the initial evaluation and we fell in love with it. So much so, I joined after a month of parents try for free. We both now have taken classes for over a year and a half and I'm in better shape now than I was in my twenties. Plus, my knee (that needs a replacement due to previous injury in my late teens) is doing even better than it was post-surgery/PT. So many family events and fun to be had for all.

My son loves doing Taekwondo here. He started in November and has already grown so much. We had zero experience with martial arts, but everyone here has been so helpful and supportive. They use a child development approach to teaching instead of a traditional, militant style, and I feel that is best for my son. I definitely recommend trying it out.

My son has loved Leaders for Life as a beginner for the past four months. He’s got a lot of energy and this gives him a focused way to move his body in a supportive environment that promotes discipline and self-control. He absolutely loves his instructors and the owners are very welcoming.
