Good instructors. Master Namsoo Hyung is a great leader and a good person. He is reasonable and fair. My 5 year old has been practicing here for the past 5 months and he has learned so much. Taekwondo gives structure and teaches respect and responsibility which is good for any age group.
When I made the decision to get back into Tae Kwon Do after many years of being way, I knew that HMD was exactly where I should go. The class size and traditional format were exactly what I was looking for as an adult student. I highly recommend HMD for anyone who is looking to achieve their personal goals, level of self-discipline, and overall fitness.
HMD Academy offers a unique philosophy and approach to martial arts that is unique in the martial arts world. The classes are great exercise and are fun as you are learning and refining skills. The focus is on cooperation and not competition.
