Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire Lanz experience. From the first consultation with Wes, the service was exceptional. Wes and the team arrived punctually for the installation. They were respectful of my home—wearing boot covers and cleaning up thoroughly when done. They answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Had a leak on refrigerator/ice maker shut off valve at my home. Thought the valve was going to need replaced. It was just a loose nut.
I didn't even know those valves had nuts that could come loose. An easy fix. Avoiding a costlier repair.
