My first visit. I had a great experience with the entire Jones Optical staff today. Front desk ladies were attentive with a smile, easy check in. The intake tech was efficient and friendly. Dr. Burgwald was professional and I felt comfortable and not rushed. Pam was a great help with picking out frames she really knows what she's doing. Overall, this was the best experience ever!!
After more than 50 years wearing glasses then contacts, my vision has never been clearer; thanks to Dr. Burgwald!
