Earlier this year, my roof was badly damaged by storms. I reached out to Central Roofing, and Derrick came out to assess the situation. He took the time, well into the evening, to walk me through everything in detail. It honestly felt like a free seminar on roofing and home insurance. We ended up chatting until 10 p.m., and his knowledge and patience were incredible.
Derrick helped us navigate the insurance process and worked with the adjusters to get the roof covered. Although we still had to pay out of pocket, he made sure everything was done properly. Derrick Roy was project manager for 2 roofing jobs I had done. First roof was a 3 car garage. (back in the fall of 23) Due to straight line winds and a large limb that damaged the roof, it had to be repaired and shingled. Once Derrick Roy scheduled the work to be done, his team came in and seemed to make light work of it in one day.
(Summer of 24) I asked Derrick to come back and work on the house roof. It’s a large 2 story home. His team came in and lickety-split tore off all the old shingles and had 2/3 of the house shingled on the first day. Wow!! The second day they came in, I believe they finished up by lunch time.
