Grace is very kind. She is the highlight of the building. She has a smile that lights up and never has one shown anything other than compassion and kindness.
Hung, PsyD was helpful in getting a sliding scale option when billing issued arose. The billing department I spoke to was extremely rude, unprofessional and initially denied me medical records without a payment, which is an extreme HIPPA violation. Thankfully, when I contacted Hung for a Dr to Dr consultation with my psychiatrist, he was able to work out a price for self-pay sliding scale that was more feasible for my income.
