“We switched from another well known lawn service to Weed Man several years ago & our yard has never looked better. I private board dogs at our house and even with 3 to 5 dogs a day using our yard for business & play, it looks great and people always ask how we keep it looking so nice with all the dogs here. The grass is very healthy thanks to Weed Man and with a little maintenance on our part by watering and keeping it clean, you would never know there were any dogs here at all. The pricing is very reasonable, they always show up as scheduled & the technicians are thorough and friendly. They are mindful of the dogs that stay here and make sure I know when they're coming so I can schedule to keep the dogs safe and off the grass for the necessary amount of time. They also make sure that all of my fence gates are securely closed when they finish up. I am an avid gardener and have a considerable amount of plantings & garden beds and I never have any issues with over-spray damaging anything. “I've used Joshua Pest Control for the last 2 years and they are WONDERFUL!Our Bug Problem:Despite having the occasional spider and centipede in the basement, we never had any real concern for bugs in our home until carpenter ants started appearing. We did what we could with products from big box stores, but nothing worked.One evening, a salesman from Joshua Pest Control rang our doorbell and I almost didn’t answer - but I’m so glad I did!!! He asked if we had carpenter ants since our neighbor had them and they can travel up to 300ft from their nest. I told him we did and he went over the different plans with us.Price:We opted for the exterior quarterly spray plan and with everything they spray for, the price is well worth it! The carpenter ants, spiders, and centipedes were all gone!What Happened After We Signed Up:Every quarter on the dot, they tell us what day they are coming (which is extremely nice since having random people just show up to your home unexpectedly can be startling). When they show up, they arrive in the blue Joshua Pest Control cargo van and ring the doorbell. My favorite part about this is that after they ring the door bell, they step back at least 6ft from the door to not make you feel uncomfortable answering the door.They always ask if we have any issues and reassure us that they will take care of it if we do. Then they spray the house using an extender wand with a brush head and spray the perimeter, doors, windows, soffit, and fascia. They are extremely thorough!Still Have Pests Show Up After Spray?:After about a year of using their services, I killed 5 spiders in my basement in one day so I called to see what they could do. They had already sprayed two months prior and we weren't due for another spray for another month. Turns out if you have a problem at any point after a spray, they will come out and spray again for free!10/10 recommend!“
